QTM : Quwutsun The yul shun um Mustimuhw
QTM is a citizenry-based public interest group of Peoples, who are dedicated to creating a strong environment of democratic governance principles and accountabilities at Cowichan Tribes.
It is a common goal in the matter of good governance to find a responsible official opposition; who will develop an acceptable protocol to pose questions to the elected officials - in this case, the Chief and Council, as elected under the Crown Indian Act.
The purpose of this blog is to make available a public forum of comment. And, further, to provide a link, through which, to make inquiries.
All questions are acceptable - and, we will make every effort to respond to them in a speedy fashion.
Many inquiries will be on topics such as:
